  • How do I book into a class? Its a few steps, but once you have it dialed it, its easy! From the website, click on the booking link under the Classes tab. Then, you'll be prompted to register and create an account with MINDBODY. Once done, search for CORE Fitness + Yoga under businesses. Click on us, and classes for that day will pop up. If you already have a MINDBODY account, simply click on the link for the class.

  • Am I locked into a membership for a year? No, just let us know you need to cancel. Its worth noting, you can purchase a membership online, but you can't cancel it. You must call/text/email us for that to be done.

  • What memberships do you offer? We currently offer two membership types. One is In-Studio and Virtual, the other is just Virtual. There are benefits to both, for more details or clarification, please ask!

  • What should I expect in a class? Our classes are challenging yet doable for everyone...seriously. No judgements, or pressure. Its always a good time because the other classmates are supportive as well. Expect to sweat and do things you didn't think you could do. But also expect to be coached. We are here for you! Its a little addicting...we won't lie.

  • What's the difference between COREYOGA and COREYOGA+? COREYOGA is a full Yoga class whereas COREYOGA+ is Yoga + Strength Training. Both are great, but for different reasons. They are created specifically for our studio and you cannot do these classes anywhere else.

  • Do you offer Personal Training? 100% YES! Personal training is an important way for us to take care of our members and clients. You don't have to become a member to do personal training, but we have clients who do both. Personal training is very specific to the individual, so it can be anything from stretching, to sport specific training, to one-on-one Yoga.
