This is a new addition to our schedule. We offer open studio time for clients/members to come in and do solo workouts. You must book in like a class, space is limited to 5 per time slot.

During Phase 1 & 2 of Re-opening, we are currently offering a modified schedule including both In-studio and Virtual Classes. In-Studio classes are limited to 10 people to accommodate for social distancing. We ask everyone to book in at least 30 minutes prior to class.

We are also taking on Personal Training clients for both In-Studio and Virtual sessions, but *In-Home* as well. We hope this appeals to those people who want to get started but aren't quite ready to workout in groups.
