CORE HIIT is a 45 minute signature CF+Y bootcamp style class that is always and never the same! Your class will have one of two primary focuses: Strength or Endurance. This class will always be self-paced which is great for all levels of abilities and fitness levels. In-Studio classes will utilize a variety of equipment including water rowers, assault bikes, TRX trainers, kettlebells, weight plates, battle ropes and plyo boxes among other things! Each class will build lean body mass, burn body fat and increase your metabolism. All levels welcome!

YOGA+
This is a CF+Y signature class that combines yoga and total body conditioning into one amazing workout. We do this by alternating segments of basic, easy to follow yoga flows with traditional strength and conditioning exercises. In the strength segments, we utilize a wide variety of equipment including resistance bands, dumbbells & TRX trainers. This class caters to athletes, hard core exercisers and beginners as well. It is also perfect for the time-pressed exerciser that wants to add Yoga into their routine but not at the cost of cardio or strength training. For class, feel free to bring your own mat (or borrow one of ours) a towel and your water bottle! Shoes are optional.

Yoga here at CF+Y is a movement based style of Yoga and is designed to compliment our other classes. It can be different needs for different people, meaning, it can be a form of active recovery for your body, or it can be challenging workout. It is coached with this in mind. In addition, the focus of each class is typically mobility and strength in our shoulders, spine and hips. We think this is a great class for beginners as well as athletes looking to add a non-traditional form of Yoga into their existing training schedule. This class is done in a slightly warmer room. All levels welcome. Bring a water bottle, sweat towel and a mat - or borrow one of our sanitized mats.
Restorative COREYOGA: Restorative is designed to bring healing into your everyday with a series of gentle poses that will increase your flexibility, improve focus, detox, aid digestion and calm your mind. All poses can be modified for all levels and abilities. Relax, renew and RESTORE.
Yin/Yang COREYOGA is a class that harmoniously brings together both elements of Yin/Yang for a balanced yoga practice. In the first phase of class you'll experience the Yin: slower paced, longer holds and working on getting deep into your body to not only affect muscles, but connective tissue and joints. The second phase, or Yang phase refers to the more active part of class where we will work our muscles, build strength, stamina and flexibility through flows and more dynamic poses. This class ends with a restoration or meditation for the perfect yoga experience.

CORE360

CORE360 provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger CORE makes everything you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports - it's the glue that holds everything together! All the moves in CORE360 have options, so it's challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During this workout your coach will guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes, TRX trainers, stability balls, medicine balls and kettlebells as well as bodyweight exercises such as hovers and crunches. You'll also perform short segments on water rowers and bikes to get cardio training as well making this a full 360 degree workout. Class is limited to 8 participants and is an in studio only experience.
