CORE 60 is a signature CF+Y bootcamp style class that is always and never the same! Your class will have one of three primary focuses: Strength, Power or Endurance. With regular attendance, you'll begin to notice the slight changes in format. For example, on strength days, you'll be asked to lift heavier loads with fewer reps; on Power days, you'll do more short powerful bursts of intervals with longer recovery periods and on endurance days you'll use a variety of equipment with higher rep counts. Each class will build lean body mass, burn body fat and increase your metabolism.  All levels welcome!

This is a CF+Y signature class that incorporates components of yoga, functional strength training and cardio and blends them into one amazing workout. This class caters to athletes, hard core exercisers and beginners as well. It is also perfect for the time-pressed exerciser that wants to add Yoga into their routine but not at the cost of cardio or strength training. Muscle groups trained in the functional training component of class will rotate in a periodized schedule. This makes it easier to work in different types of weight work into your weekly routine. Feel free to bring your own mat (or borrow one of ours) a towel and your water bottle! Shoes are optional.

Bliss Yoga Flow

Bliss Yoga Flow is our version of traditional yoga, however, the focus is more on building flexibility, strength and stamina and less on meditation and chanting. Our Yoga instructors have more flexibility in terms of arranging postures and flows according to our clients needs and preferences versus a fixed set of asanas as in traditional yoga. This is a great place for beginners and those who are coming back from injuries and want more of a gentle style of yoga. All levels welcome.

CORE 30 is a signature CF+Y bootcamp style class that like CORE 60 is always and never the same! Your class will have one of three primary focuses: Strength, Power or Endurance. This class packs a powerful punch with shorter working sections than a CORE 60 class, but shorter recovery periods as well. Each class will build lean body mass, burn body fat and increase your metabolism. This 30 minute format was designed for the time pressed exerciser as well as someone who just needs 30 minutes of additional exercise to augment their existing program.

Radiant Yoga

Yoga here at CF+Y is Power Yoga and is a more dynamic version of traditional yoga. It tends to be faster paced and a bit more intense with the focus on building strength and stamina and less on meditation and chanting. Our Yoga instructors have more flexibility in terms of arranging postures and flows according to our clients needs and preferences versus a fixed set of asanas as in traditional yoga. This class is done in a calescent room; growing warm,  increasing in temperature. All levels welcome. Bring a water bottle, sweat towel and a mat - or borrow one of ours.

CORE Regeneration is a class that addresses limitations and dysfunctions in your body. It strengthens you in all the right areas so your body has balance and symmetry. It utilizes the FRC® training system, which our Coaches have been highly trained in. FRC® is a comprehensive joint training system based in scientific principals and research. It has 3 main goals: mobility development, joint strength and improvement of your nervous system. This program is highly integrated and having an FRC® screening/assessment is strongly recommended.

Soulful Glow
Yoga

Soulful Glow is an intentful form of yoga performed in our studio with warmer than normal temperatures. We describe the room as calescent: growing warm; increasing in temperature. This increase in temperature can allow you to get a higher heart-rate response, burn more calories and helps create "feel-good" endorphins as well as increases the sweat factor. With soulful music and a nurturing instructor, you'll be led through a full body workout thats good for your body and soul. Be sure to drink plenty of water prior to class, bring a water bottle, a mat and large sweat towel. (You can also borrow one of our mats)HOT Yoga is a vigorous form of yoga performed in our studio with warmer than normal temperatures. We recommend taking a combination of all these classes to get the best results. CORE Members of our studio will have unlimited classes as well as a personal training session. You and your trainer will come up with your personalized schedule so you can maximize every workout session. This is a great benefit of being a member of the studio.
