We use props like yoga blocks, bolsters and blankets to relax the body, reduce stress and anxiety as well as increase flexibility. Because of these long holds we can affect the body's connective tissue: fascia, tendons, ligaments as well as muscle tissue. This is a great class to bring balance to your body, mind and spirit.
